Each company has its own Xero contact list. We want to link records that represent the same contact to one shared directory entry.

- Compare its Xero name with the suggested shared contact and the older records.
- If you have decision access, record why you believe the suggested match is correct or incorrect.
Matching names alone are not proof. If you are unsure, leave the item pending. Approving a match links records in staging; it does not merge contacts in Xero.
Reviewing here only changes the staging contact directory. It does not edit Xero or merge historical accounting records.
