Delivery checks
Record whether invoiced goods or work were delivered. Each line can have a different status. This does not approve payment, change a budget or update Xero.
Access uses the separate finance-delivery page permission. Until Ed's ACL setup is ready, administrators can review this page.
A save has an uncertain result.
